It was a year ago today (Tuesday 7th August 2012), that Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee - joined on the podium by the Spanish legend Javier Gomez - won Great Britain's first ever medals in triathlon, gold and bronze, at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
