Ian Pettitt writes that Deal Tri's duathlon at Betteshanger-Fowlmead Country Park is on this Sunday (Sep-24) with registration is starting at 09.15am. It's open to all Deal Tri club members and it's free. All abilities are welcome to take part on a traffic and public free circuit and running track, relay teams encouraged too. Even if you don't want to take part, do come along and support your fellow Dealies and experience duathlon racing first hand. Non-members can take part on payment of a small fee to cover the BTA day licence. All seniors racing will get a free Red Bull Energy Drink and a packet of the wonderful Jelly Belly Sports Beans so there should be some fast times! There will also be a Junior Duathlon Race at around 11:00am, so bring the family!
