St Mary's School in Calne will be the location for the first ladies only triathlon training weekend to take place in this part of the country on Oct-28/29. The exclusive school for girls boasts some of the most up to date sports facilities in the region, as well as a wonderful outdoor setting for cycling and running. The venue is already known for staging several multisport events, including playing host to the British University Triathlon Championships for the last two years.

The focus will be on how to structure an effective winter training programme, technique in all triathlon disciplines, strength and conditioning, advice on equipment, informal discussions, plus much more.
