Richard Jones and his team of elite coaches have assembled a one-day triathlon clinic on Sunday Feb-26 aimed at providing triathletes with access to specialist training assessment tools and coaching advice to maximise their training time and race performance. This unique clinic will feature swim video analysis above and below the water with one-to-one feedback to improve your stroke; run video analysis and muscular-skeletal screening using the latest software performed by a lead biomechanist; bike set-up, positioning and training advice on how to get the most from your off season cycling; and a bike mechanics workshop. A CD of your swim and run video assessment will be sent to you after the course.
