A new Ironman 70.3 race in Germany is scheduled for August 19th in Wiesbaden and it will have 100 slots for the 2007 Ford Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater and 15 slots for the 2007 Ford Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. The event will also have an IronTeam relay race where each member does one of the three disciplines.

The event's swim will be in the Harbour of Schierstein, adjacent to the River Rhine, followed by a one lap bike circuit and a three lap run. For more details see the WTC website: www.ironmanlive.com
