Graham Fletcher will be holding two training days in December; the 8th at Hendon Police Training Centre and the 9th at the Hampton Community School in Hampton. The day, which costs £40, will consist of a detailed explanation of the mechanical model of the 'pose' method of running designed by Dr. Nicholas Romanov. Each section of theory will be accompanied by practical sessions where the technique can be learnt.
