According to a report on the xtri.com website, Luc Van Lierde will be racing at the bluesure Half Ironman in Llanberis. Last time we can recall seeing him race over here was at Bath on that sombre Sunday when Princess Diana dies in Paris -- since then he's won Hawaii twice. The event should make an ideal warm-up for the Hawaii Ironman but the article states that Luc's entry is not yet confirmed for the Big Island event.
