There are still a few places available for Driven to Tri’s 'Introduction to run technique' training day being held at Bath University on November the 24th. For full details visit www.driventotri.com Driven to Tri coaches Julie Dibens and Harry Wiltshire have both come from a swimming background and have overcome a number of injuries resulting from poor running technique; in the process they have had to learn to run. The day will maintain a coach to athlete ration of 1 to 5 ensuring each athlete receives personal attention. Unfortunately there is no guarantee you will become a World Champion but the day does aim to help those without a running background to become faster and more consistent by avoiding the mistakes Julie and Harry have made.
