On Sunday 6th April, from 1030 to 1800, London will welcome the Olympic Flame as part of the global Olympic Torch Relay in the run up to the Beijing Olympic Games. Having started its journey in Greece, the Olympic relay will cover some 135 cities and 137,000 km's, before arriving at Beijing's National Stadium on 8th August in time for the opening ceremony.

Starting at Wembley and culminating at the Arena in North Greenwich, the torch will be carried by some 80 torch bearers, including Dame Kelly Holmes and Kevin Pieterson.
