Another season of Monday evening duathlons kicks off on Monday 21st April, organised by Hillingdon Triathletes (www.hillingdontriathletes.co.uk)

The eight-race series takes place on the purpose-built Hillingdon Cycle Circuit at Minet Park, Hayes. The circuit is an (almost) 1-mile, traffic-free environment, making it a safe and fun environment for spectators and competitors. Races are suitable for all standards from Olympian to complete novice. The track surface is excellent, making it a fast venue to race. Races are short and fast, and make excellent training.

Entries are always available on the night, though those made in advance save a couple of pounds. For more details, directions and entry forms, check out the Hillingdon club website.
