The t1c, t3c, t4c and t6c are all supported by a newly improved heart rate monitor belt, worn across the chest. This comfortable belt monitors your heart beat and communicates back to the watch. Based on your heart rate, the Suunto then calculates the amount of calories burned and shows the benefits of the work-out, from fat-burning to improving performance.
