Total Fitness Nottingham is a running and triathlon shop based, oddly enough, in Nottingham. Awarded the 220 Triathlon Retailer of the Year 2007, they have been in business for some 15 glorious years and are going from strength to strength. Things you might not know about: Total Fitness

• Co-owner Pete Jackson can drink a pint Guinness/bitter in under four seconds, a claim not disputed by other staff members.
• Mark Redwood won employee of the month at 'Focus - do it all' in a previous life, although he likes to keep this achievement to himself emphasising a humble side to his character.
• Both Pete and Mark were involved in a very serious accident in 2007 requiring hospital treatment and Pete's wife delivered their baby boy, Stan, two days later in the same hospital!
• Mark Redwood has bike PBs of 3hr 42min for 100 miles and 20min 11sec for 10 miles.
