James Beckinsale is running his fourth triathlon summer camp for 8 to 18 year-olds from Monday July 21st. There are four weeks: July 21-25, July 28 - August 01, August 18-22 and August 26-29. The days are broken into morning and afternoon sessions with a one hour lunch and rest break and each session covers a specific aspect of the sport. The camps are based around Optima's training centre in Kew and use facilities at Barn Elms, Richmond, Putney/Chiswick and Hillingdon. There's a limit of 15 children per day and there are four coaches covering each session to ensure maximum attention.

Each week can be attended as a standard module for £130 or you can go for the whole four at £416. Alternatively you can do just the morning or afternoon sessions for £65 per week. For more information contact James by email (james@optimahealth.co.uk) or call him on 07956 166 989.
