7Oaks Tri Club are pleased to announce that Sevenoaks Computers (www.sevenoakscomputers.co.uk), one of the main sponsors of the Sevenoaks Sprint Triathlon to be held on Sunday 19th April 2009, will be giving away a mini Acer Laptop to one lucky finisher of the race.

At the event registration, all entrants will be given a sticker with their name and race number on it to enter the draw. The owner of Sevenoaks Computers, Robbie Herd will make the draw at the prize giving.

Mr Herd, who will be competing at the event for the second time said “I look forward to seeing the athletes at the prize giving and it will be great to see someone leaving the race not only with a finisher medal and sore legs, but also with a brand new laptop from Sevenoaks Computers. With its in-built wireless they could be the first to see their results and photos from the event on the 7Oaks Tri Club website”.  Not only will the winner receive a laptop, but also each entrant will be given Sevenoaks Computers Screen Clean, which does a great job on all clear surfaces.

Race Director Simon McLaughlin added “the sponsors of our race support us and the competitors in so many ways and for one athlete to go home with a laptop is yet another demonstration of this support. We believe that 7Oaks Tri Club members will yet again put on a well organised, competitive, friendly race that will encourage people to return.  The April race sold out in seven weeks and we expect the September race to fill as quickly”.

The Sevenoaks Sprint Triathlon to be held on Sunday 19th April has sold out but entries for the next race (Sunday 20th September) will be open in May.
