Watch the British Triathlon Super Series event

If you want to watch some live triathlon on Sunday – while also learning another language – how about watching the Cardiff Triathlon Elite races?!

Once again, thanks to Dream Team Television and Welsh language channel S4C, the latest round of the 2019 British Triathlon Super Series will be broadcast live. I really should tune in myself, and see if I can remember anything of my GCSE Welsh (Second Language) I collected more than 30 years ago. Grade B!

Organised by Always Aim High Events (website), the Sprint distance event is based in Cardiff Bay with the transition area on Roald Dahl Plass in front of the Wales Millennium Centre.

Among those scheduled to race are Chloe Cook (fourth recently at IRONMAN 70.3 Staffordshire), Olivia Matthews (British Elite Duathlon Champion) and Megan McDonald (fourth recently at the Blenheim Palace Triathlon).

For the men, look out for Harry Leleu (Blenheim winner), Daniel Dixon (Youth winner at Super League Jersey), Oliver Turner (Super League Pro) and Marcus Dey (winner of the Sospan Triathlon in Llanelli) among those battling for podium spots in the Capital city of Wales.
