RnR Tri Camps believe that triathlon training camps should be both challenging and fun. The team is conscious that participants are using up their holidays and weekends to participate. The camp is balanced between physical, technical and mental training but also social moments with like-minded people and recovery.

The camps are designed for athletes of varying abilities from novice to experienced age-group and Ironman triathletes. All coached sessions are done in 2 or 3 ability groups.

The coaches’ experience ranges from supporting athletes to accomplish their goals from; their first 5K or Sprint through to Ironman, multi-day stage rides, marathons, adventure races, Ultra-marathons, open water swimming and more.

The coaches’ qualifications include awards in; Triathlon (BTF/Ironman), Athletics (UKA), Swimming (ASA/RLSS), Personal Training, Masters in Health and Exercise Behaviour/Sport Science Degrees (Undergraduate and Post Graduate), Sports Massage, Sport Nutrition, Yoga, Strength and Condition, TRX and more.

On all RnR camps, in addition to the group sessions, all athletes receive a sport massage/physio session and receive a one-on-one run/core/planning coached session with one of the coaches and a one-to-few swim technical sessions with the fantastic team.

RnR truly aim to offer some of the best value camps on the market. Take their Lanzarote camp with over 25 hours of small group training (a coaching ratio of 6:1 or lower), at least three one-on-one training sessions, a sports massage session, technical seminars and RnR pack with inclusive kit and OTE Sports Nutrition pack.

RnR is proud to have OTE Sports Nutrition, HUUB and Skechers Performance as long term partners enabling our athlete.
