Swim for Tri / Endless Pool

SFT now offer various workshops for all levels of swimmer

Swim for Tri, based in London but now coaching across the UK, is a swim technique and coaching concept brought to you by the brother and sister team of Dan and Keeley Bullock. The team share over 30 years experience of competitive swimming, coaching, teaching swim lessons and direct involvement with the sport of Triathlon and Openwater racing as competitors and coaches.

Swim for Tri now offer an extensive range of swim workshops covering a wide range of swimming issues, suitable for a wide range of swimmers from those with a fear of water right through to triathletes and Master swimmers looking to further improve their competitive performances.

Here are just a selection of the upcoming offerings.


Develop Front Crawl – Sunday 11:15 AM – 14:00 PM, 18th February 2018
Nuffield Health, Shoreditch, London – £100

This workshop is for swimmers who can swim front crawl, with face in the water breathing to the side for at least 200m. This workshop is designed to improve your current stroke, Maria will guide you and develop your existing front crawl skills.

One day workshop to include:

  • 1-2-1 follow up. Filming will be included in 1-2-1 lesson
  • Swim tuition, theory
  • Develop front crawl booklet
  • Please note: price does not include lunch, accommodation or travel
  • Final details will be emailed ahead of the weekend

A typical workshop will run as:

11:15 – 11:30 meet and greet in reception
11:30 – 12:00 Studio time
12:00 – 14:00 pool time

Learn and develop workshops are now available with a 1-2-1 lesson included in the price.

 

Water Confidence – Saturday 14:30AM – 16:30PM, 3rd March 2018
Nuffield Health, Shoreditch, London – £50

Keeley (SFT Director) has been helping people overcome their fears of water for many years; she is very experienced in this field and will take great care of you. This workshop is for anyone who has a fear or is aqua phobic. We will work on relaxation techniques to help control the feelings of panic and gain confidence in the water.

One day workshop typically include:

  • Introductions.
  • Relaxation techniques.
  • Breathing techniques.
  • Skills to learn to move confidently in the water.

A typical workshop will run as:

14:30 – 14:45 meet and greet in reception.
14:45 – 15:00 discussions about fears of the water and what started them.
15:00 – 16:30 pool time.

Swim for Tri

Learn Front Crawl – Sunday 11:15 AM – 14:00 PM, 25th March 2018
Nuffield Health, Shoreditch, London – £100

Maria (senior SFT coach) will guide you through the basics of the front crawl stroke. This workshop is for either someone who can swim but wants to learn front crawl. or for someone that can swim a length or two of front crawl but has difficulty co-ordinating breathing.

One day workshop to include:

  • 1-2-1 follow up. Filming will be included in 1-2-1 lesson
  • Swim tuition, theory
  • Learn front crawl booklet
  • Please note: price does not include lunch, accommodation or travel
  • Final details will be emailed ahead of the weekend

A typical workshop will run as:

11:15 – 11:30 meet and greet in reception
11:30 – 12:00 Studio time
12:00 – 14:00 pool time

Swim for Tri

Underwater Phase – Sunday 11:15 – 14:00 PM, 11th March and 13th May
Nuffield Health, Shoreditch, London – £60

Maria will guide the advanced swimmer through the underwater phase of the front crawl stroke. This workshop is for anyone who can swim faster than 30 minutes for a 1.5k and is looking for extra speed.

Catch workshop to include:

  • Introductions
  • Swim tuition learning advanced underwater skills.
  • Theory.
  • Final details will be emailed ahead of the weekend

A typical workshop will run as:

11:15 – 11:30 meet and greet in reception.
11:30 – 12:00 theory.
12:00 – 14:00 pool time.
