Swimming has regularly been identified as the biggest barrier and fear for new entrants into the sport of triathlon. About Weekend Workshops

Swim for Tri (www.swimfortri.co.uk) offer one day technique workshops in Central London.

Learn the basics of front crawl in our one day workshop. The workshop is for either someone who can swim but wants to learn front crawl, or for someone that can swim a length or two of front crawl but has difficulty co-ordinating breathing.

These are a great way to progress your training and get some expert guidance before you start out making mistakes.

What to bring?

Please note none of our workshops include kit. You will need:

  • training fins for your feet
  • a pull buoy
  • paddles – all are available to purchase from the Speedo store. Click here to buy any Speedo kit items you need.

How to book?

Select ‘Book Now’ from within the workshop you want. This will direct you to our booking system MINDBODY

In MINDBODY there may be a range of start dates to choose from. Find the right one then select Sign Up Now!

You will then be prompted to Log-in or Sign-up for a new account with MINDBODY. Then simply follow the steps on screen to check out. Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email confirming your place. You can also book by calling them on 020 7247 2998 (Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm)
