“Chattanooga was the highlight of my career”

Great Britain’s Emma Pallant is back in Bahrain for the IRONMAN 70.3 Middle East Championship, a race she finished second in 12 months ago.

It’s been a great year for Emma, including World Championship medals of every colour across three different sports. Silver in the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship was the best result of her career, but Emma has further ambitions, for a race that gives her goosebumps. She plans to be racing in Kona at the IRONMAN World Championship on the second Saturday in October next year.

I spoke to Emma on Thursday in Bahrain.
