Sunday’s Pembrokeshire Duathlon hosted the 2019 Welsh Duathlon Championships.

Twice Wales Commonwealth Games representative, Liam Lloyd (Cycle Specific) took the men’s title courtesy of an impressive bike split.

Rhiannon Ace (a former Welsh international Netball player and Commonwealth Games representative) was the overall female race winner, with the Welsh title going to second placed Catherine Marks (Pembrokeshire Triathlon Club).
