When injury strikes…

After sprinting down the finish straight 12 months ago to determine the final place on the podium, Vicky Holland and Jodie Stimpson confirmed last week that they will not be able to race at the Columbia Threadneedle World Triathlon Leeds on Sunday 11th June.

Holland (soleus detachment / tibial stress response), and Stimpson (early stage stress fracture), confirmed the bad news just a day apart via Twitter last week.

Best wishes to both for a speedy recovery
