Lucy Gossage keeps the lead and Andrew Diplock takes first position after the Bike Day of the Long Course Weekend Mallorca

The roads of the north of Mallorca have hosted the Bike Day of the Long Course Weekend Mallorca. It’s been a 176km bike race with full closed roads. After a thrilling competition, Lucy Gossage keeps the lead on the long distance event and crossed the finish line as the first women.

She secures the first position of the general standings going into the Run Day on Sunday. Andrew Diplock moved into first position of the Long Course Weekend after a great cycling performance, while Spanish Miguel Ibañez has won the race after pulling away from the pack from the first kilometers of the race.

Gossage and Diplock will defend their first positions on Sunday at the marathon run race in Alcudia, with a small gap to Birgit Metzler and Tom Vickery.
