On Saturday, the British Triathlon Mixed Relay Cup will be shown live on BBC1 between 2.15pm and 4.30pm.
On Sunday, it is the turn of highlights from the Outlaw Triathlon, held in Nottingham recently for the eighth time, shown on Channel 4 on Sunday morning.
