Having a new sponsor sign up for an event often means little more to the athlete than another logo on the event branding – but this time it’s a bit different!

The organisers of the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon, itself something of a legendary institution, have signed up the equally legendary French frame maker, TIME as an event partner in a deal which gives you, the athlete, an unmissable opportunity.

During the week of the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon – July 24th to July 28th – you will be able to test ride a TIME Scylon bike on a special 6Km open road circuit which includes some of the final bends of the mythical Tour de France 21-bend climb. The test ride is FREE but spaces are limited and you must book in advance (email sdebillon@timesport.fr and TIME will arrange the details with you) PLUS there’s a second bonus for all those who do the test ride – you could win a helicopter trip for two on Thursday July 27th.

The TIME Syclon frame embodies all the legendary feel and responsiveness developed over their 30-year history and enjoyed by triathletes such as Dorian Coninx and Andrea Hewitt of the GP team, Poissy Triathlon.
