Goodwood Motor Racing circuit to host major new event

It’s been a week of social media postings of ‘commiserations’ magazine covers, as ballot entrants have been finding out whether or not they secured a place for the hugely popular and over-subscribed Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100.

With perfect timing, news today of a major new 100-mile sportive – Vélo South (www.velosouth.com) – from the organisers of Vélo Birmingham.

Limited details currently, but it will feature the ‘West Sussex countryside and the magnificent rolling hills of the South Downs’, taking place on Sunday 23rd September 2018.
