Job Information:
Business Manager (Full-Time, Immediate Start)
Bikeworks Derby/Webuycycle I Derby I Salary: Competitive but Negotiable DOE

Hours: Negotiable
- To manage Bikeworks Derby’s cycle shop and staff team
- To market Bikeworks Derby as a leading bike servicing centre and retailer of new and approved used road/MTB/TT bikes
- To market Webuycycle as a premier bike buying service in the UK
Essential Requirements:
- A person of integrity, reliable, organised and highly motivated
- Ability to manage a retail unit and personnel, schedule work/hours etc for staff
- Previous experience in the retail sector (bike industry experience preferred but not essential)
- Ability to build strong relationships with the business partners and to identify opportunities for growth for both Bikeworks and Webuycycle
- Ability to deal with sales, processing of new and approved used stock
- Maintenance of accounts, stock control etc
- Experience in Marketing/PR
- Team player able to support and manage staff and report regularly to directors
- Good communication skills and accuracy with written material
- Confident in the use of all social media platforms as a vehicle for business development
- Proficient in the use of MS Office programs and Excel
- Experience in the cycling industry and mechanical knowledge is preferred but enthusiastic applicants without this experience should not be deterred from making an application. We are looking for a driven individual who can promote both businesses and take them to the next level.
