The Triathlon Shop has ceased to trade

More difficult times for the triathlon industry, with the news that Bristol-based The Triathlon Shop has ceased to trade. The news was released today on the company’s Facebook page.

Just six months ago, after 21 years of trading, the Nottingham shop TFN also closed its doors for the final time.

Here is the full statement from the The Triathlon Shop Facebook page:

We would like to take this opportunity to offer a heart felt thanks to all of our customers and friends who have supported us over the 7+ years that we have been around. We’ve met some fantastic people and been involved in some amazing things that we will remember forever.

We would also like to say sorry, this has all happened quite quickly and has been down to situations outside of our control. We did not plan this to happen and we appreciate your patience over the last couple of weeks while we have been trying to find a way through. Sadly it has become clear that our only real option is to close.

We would like to wish you all the very best for the future, see you at a race soon.

If you have any queries or questions please direct them to F A Simms & Partners on the number above.
