Lucy Charles reflects on defending The Championship

Chief Correspondent

Post-race chat with Lucy Charles in Samorin

Last year Lucy Charles had to use her running ability to take the lead late in the race and win the debut edition of The Championship in Samorin. On Sunday, it was a ‘gun-to-tape’ business as usual approach to racing – but with the speedy running legs of Anne Haug (GER) chasing, it needed to be.

I spoke to Lucy shortly afterwards to find out more about her day.
