Rachel Joyce to race IRONMAN Boulder

For the first time since finishing second at the IRONMAN World Championships in 2015, Great Britain’s Rachel Joyce will be racing over the full distance on Sunday, at IRONMAN Boulder.

With three consecutive podium finishes in Hawaii, Joyce is one of the most successful British athletes ever over the distance. She’s also won three IRONMAN titles and Challenge Roth.

Returning to racing this season after the birth of her first child, Archie, Rachel finished seventh at IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside and then fourth at IRONMAN 70.3 St George. She’s now ready to step up to the full distance, which is where she has achieved most of her biggest career results to date.
