This Sunday (7th September) sees the Grand Final of this year’s Senior Super Series in Bala, North Wales, with a spot at the World Triathlon Grand Finals up for grabs.

And for the first time in more than ten years, the action will be live on British Triathlon’s YouTube channel, with the livestream embedded below so you don’t have to leave this page.

The Super Series is a key part of the British Triathlon performance pathway, pitting high-performing athletes from across the country against each other in highly competitive races at locations around the UK. Athletes compete at events to earn points throughout the season, with the winners being crowned on Sunday.

How and when to watch live

This year is the first time the Super Series has been broadcast since 2014 and will allow British Triathlon to ‘test and learn’ this broadcast format ahead of next season’s events. Cameras will follow some of the key action from the field, and this will be interspersed with athlete and coach interviews, alongside expert commentary from Tim Lloyd.

Open race starts: 9am
Female race starts: 9:10am

How the rankings stand ahead of Grand Final

Female rankings

Millie Breese now leads the overall rankings with 2162 points, 340 points ahead of Jasmine Cooper in second place with 1822 points. Rounding out the current podium is Jessica Fullagar with 1485 points.

Millie is already guaranteed a top two finish and will take the win if she finishes first or second in Bala.

With extra points available in the Grand Final and only the top three results counting, there is plenty to play for in the rest of the podium places.

Open rankings

After his win at the most recent race in Eton, Jack Stanton-Stock has taken the lead in the rankings, but only by five points from Deri McCluskey, 2118 points to 2113.

Charles Harding is further back in third with 1772 points, but again with only the top three results counting and extra points available, there are plenty of potential overall winners.

Michael Gar, who has only raced twice so far, Stanton Stock and McCluskey are in the strongest position to win, with Harding and Chris Perham having an outside chance if results go their way.
