The popular 7Oaks Triathlon is being held on Sunday 19th April 2020 and there are still some places left!

The 7Oaks Triathlon starts with a 400m pool swim followed by a 25km hilly bike course and ends with an 5km run around the beautiful and undulating Knole Park – a National Trust property.

This is a change from the 8km run route of previous years and brings the race in line with a normal sprint distance. It will still take place in the stunning grounds of Knole Park and therefore be suitably challenging for those that love hills, but also more accessible to beginner athletes.

You can find more details on their WEBSITE.

The race is organised by 7Oaks Tri Club who provide the many friendly marshals on the day.

To quote one enthusiastic competitor from 2019 “7Oaks is my favourite triathlon for the efficiency of the organisation, the friendliness of the marshals and the level of challenge for me. I’ve been out of action for a year or so, and this event always reminds me why I enjoy the sport. Please keep doing what you have been doing because it all works!”
