STRENGTH. ENDURANCE. PERFORMANCE.

Today, Sunday 5 August, the official one month to go countdown begins to the Accenture Mixed Team Challenge Canary Wharf, an innovative triathlon event offering competitive city professionals the chance to race the elite mixed relay format ahead of its debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

The exclusive triathlon event takes place in Canary Wharf, London on Wednesday 5 September 2018 and has already attracted teams from some of the biggest brands operating in the UK and the World.

There are only a limited number of team entries left for four participants, 2 men and 2 women to have the chance to race through the Canary Wharf estate, completing a 300m swim in Middle Dock, 6km static bike ride on Jubilee Plaza and 1.5km traffic-free run on Bank Street before a finish to remember.

In this exciting relay format, each team member will complete the full triathlon before tagging their teammate to do the same – nothing beats working together! Live DJ Nadim Elsayed will be swapping the shores of Ibiza for the Canary Wharf highlife and provide an electric atmosphere for fans and the teams as they battle it out to become the Accenture Mixed Team Challenge Canary Wharf champions.

Once finished, teams can meet some of British Triathlon’s top talent and celebrate their performance in a premium VIP hospitality experience at East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf.

Andy Salmon, British Triathlon Chief Executive added: “The Accenture Mixed Team Challenge Canary Wharf is an innovative event that is proving popular in providing city professionals with the opportunity to work together and compete against their rivals. As race day approaches, we can’t wait to welcome some of the world’s most well-known brands to this iconic Canary Wharf event.”
