Race images from Forte Village Challenge Sardinia 2018

Sunday’s Forte Village Challenge Sardinia (www.fortevillagetriathlon.com) represented the final European race of the Challenge Family European season.

Based at the fantastic Forte Village Resort (www.fortevillageresort.com), the Middle Distance race attracted a solid Pro field, with several athletes looking to improve their positions in the 2018 Challenge Family Bonus Pool Rankings. Unfortunately the weather caused the cancellation of the swim, replaced – for Pro athletes only – by an opening 5km run.

Once again we benefit from the photography (and travel!) skills of José Luis Hourcade (www.joseluishourcade.com), who ends his extensive European tour of triathlon events which has provided us with a great insight into so many events all year.
