Jan Frodeno headlines IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia, Poland…

…and you can watch it live

It may not be part of IRONMAN’s Facebook Live schedule of live streamed events, but you can still watch coverage of Sunday’s IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia on the link below.

The coverage starts from 0730 local time (that’s 6:30 am UK-time), with the Pro athletes starting, I believe, shortly after that.

While he won’t be defending his title in Nice next month, reigning IRONMAN 70.3 World Champion, Jan Frodeno, will be continuing his preparations for the IRONMAN World Championship (which he missed last year with injury), in Poland. He will of course start as a very strong favourite in the men’s race.

Great Britain’s Susie Cheetham won IRONMAN Hamburg two weeks ago and is joined by first-time IRONMAN 70.3 winner, Claire Hann, amongst several British athletes racing.
