We are now less than 24 hours away from the start of the 2024 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, and the excitement is building.

More than 2400 male athletes will toe the line on Saturday October 26 as the greatest challenge in long-course triathlon awaits.

The next day on the Big Island will be hectic for all concerned, with much preparation to be done in readiness for the gun sounding early on Saturday.

We have the full schedule for all competitors, provided by IRONMAN, to ensure everybody knows where they need to be at the right time.
