A couple of weeks ago I posed the question, ‘Is this the GB Paratriathlon team for the Paralympic Games in Tokyo?’.

Confirmation came on Thursday from Paralympics GB that the list of eight athletes and three guides I highlighted was indeed spot on. That complete squad has now been given the formal selection news.

Congratulations to the full team heading to Japan:

  • PTS2 – Fran Brown
  • PTS4 – Michael Taylor
  • PTS5 – Claire Cashmore, Lauren Steadman, George Peasgood
  • PTVI – Alison Peasgood (Nikki Bartlett), Melissa Reid (Hazel Smith), Dave Ellis (Luke Pollard)
