Get your fix of historic triathlon action… for free
I’ve spoken previously on the site about the ITU’s subscription streaming service, TriathlonLIVE (www.TriathlonLIVE.tv). Significantly upgraded last year, it’s a fine service for a small outlay – for an annual, all-inclusive fee of around £25, for triathlon fans it’s a bargain.
Typically, you would get around 40 live-streamed races a year (which, clearly, isn’t going to happen in 2020…), but in addition, there is a huge archive of footage, including all of the ITU World Championship events going back to the first edition in 1989 (Avignon, France).
I recently renewed my own subscription (yes, not a media freebie…) before the Mooloolaba ITU World Cup event in Australia… which looks like it might be the last live coverage for a while. Following that event, World Triathlon extended that annual subscription through to the end of the 2021 season, which I though was a fine response to a difficult situation.
For a short time only, if you are not currently subscribed you can claim a FREE 365 Day Subscription – which should give you another resource to fill the void of triathlon content with some archive racing action, plus new content added.
Here is the offer from World Triathlon:
