Tim Don
Tim is a triathlon and IRONMAN legend. And alongside Ian Dempsey he’s created Halo ID, a global community for like-minded people with a love for triathlon and endurance sport – all about your next level, whatever that may be.

So many talking points for Tim Don and Ian Dempsey of Halo ID to get stuck into, including Sub7Sub8.

Their latest video was recorded before news emerged that Alistair Brownlee has unfortunately been ruled out of action due to a hip injury.

But Tim is fascinated by the tech and mechanics of the whole project and will be there in person with Zwift so be sure to listen to his thoughts today – and then check back next week for the inside track on how it all went.

They also discuss everything from Jonny Brownlee’s win on the ‘brutal’ course of Arzachena, ‘points meaning prizes’ for Olympic qualification, Challenge St. Pölten, IRONMAN 70.3 Kraichgau – and Ian leaving Tim hanging on his ‘David v Goliath’ parallel of Kat Matthews v Nicola Spirig at Sub8!

And be sure to head over to Halo ID for more detailed discussion and all the benefits of joining their growing community.
