Sad news from Sunday’s Challenge Forte Village Sardinia
It’s always horrible to read of news like this, announced on Sunday through the Challenge Forte Village Sardinia Facebook page:
Challenge Family and Challenge Sardinia are sad to announce that during Challenge Sardinia triathlon event today, a participant died during the swim race. Details of the participant’s identity will not be released before informing and consulting with their family. We all send our deep condolences to the family and are providing all support that we can. In the meantime we would ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.
