Masters of Tri

Masters of Tri coaches deliver their unique approach by applying three specific steps to their coaching:

Assess – to fully understand the ability of the individual athlete;

Advise – accurately and scientifically advising the athlete on areas of development and improvement; and

Accelerate – the performance of the athlete by coaching even those small changes that provide significant gains.

This approach has been developed over 35+ years of combined coaching and has proven to be extremely successful for their athletes.

Working with athletes, from novice to professional, Masters of Tri provide a unique training experience at their training camps on location in Spain and also venues world-wide and have an international roster of coached triathletes.

Martin Hill, Founder, Masters of Tri, comments:

“We are very excited and honoured to be working with Zoot, a brand closely associated with triathlon and founded in Kona. As coaches we feel that the Masters of Tri and Zoot association provides a unique synergy of coaching and triathlon apparel to serve the Team Zoot – and wider – triathlon community.”

“It will be fantastic to meet and provide coaching to a part of the Team Zoot family of triathletes in Germany – two of our coached athletes will be amongst those present to launch the team in March.”

Matt Hill, Coach at Masters of Tri comments:

“We aim to be a game changer for every athlete, helping to improve their performance year on year. The success of our approach is based on noticing and correcting those small things that change a triathlete’s performance.”

“Athletes are individually coached to build their confidence and endurance – accelerating them to achieve their goals. We aim to inspire and encourage our athletes by keeping things simple and effective; we experience a huge amount of pleasure in seeing our athletes achieve their goals - whether novice athletes who are successful in their first race or the experienced competing at World Championships”

Coaches Martin and Matt have a combined coaching and competing experience of over 35 years, in triathlon, swim, bike and run events, notably being mentored by Brett Sutton.
