Following on from Friday’s fantastic victory from Taylor Knibb, it is the turn of the Pro Men to take centre stage on Saturday at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in St George, Utah.

Who will win?

That is the question! We don’t know the answer of course, but we’ve had our shout at trying to predict the potential outcome.

For Saturday’s Pro Men’s race, the Norwegian superstars Gustav Iden and Kristian Blummenfelt feature strongly on everyone’s predictions. How will they perform after their efforts in Hawaii? Sam Long and Magnus Ditlev are, to us at least, the athletes most likely to challenge the Bergen boys for the overall title. You can read our full breakdown and top six predictions here.

Official IM World 70.3 start lists

If you want to check out who is racing on Friday (Pro Women) and Saturday (Pro Men), we have start lists and bib numbers for both the men’s and women’s races.

When does the race start?

The women’s professional race will take place on Friday 28 October, with the professional men racing on Saturday 29 October.

On both days, the Pro races will start at 0730 local (Mountain Time). That’s 0930 Eastern / 0630 Pacific. Over this side of the pond, that’s 1430 in the UK / 1530 CET.

For all the important pre-race info, we have the key details on how to watch the action in our pre-race guide.
