Chelsea Sodaro made it into Team USA when the automatic qualifiers for this month’s inaugural Collins Cup were confirmed on Monday afternoon.
The 32-year-old returned to action over the weekend, just four months after giving birth to her daughter Skye earlier this year.
She finished sixth behind Emma Pallant-Browne at IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder on Saturday, which was enough to get her into the top four ahead of Sophie Watts to claim an automatic qualifying spot.
Sodaro’s move into the top four was the only change for any of the team rankings on the final weekend of qualifying action.
