For many triathletes, swimming is an ongoing frustration. Just when you think you’ve ‘got it’, it vanishes. But, sometimes ‘bad’ swimming is good! If you are struggling with the ups and downs of the pool (most of you…), this is well worth a read to gain some perspective.
